The room was great, clean, and well-equipped.

we truly enjoyed big size room with clean facilities and amiable staff. the location was good, around 10-15 minutes walk from bellagio conservatory & botanical garden.

There were clean bathroom and reasonably spacious room. Its location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, not far from 30 minutes to Playa Malvarossa. A few times I ate at The Buffet at Bellagio, located relatively close to the hotel.

The staff - some of them were very unfriendly.

I chose this hotel for attending a corporate offsite and the recently created City Suites Abastos apartments provided all the amenities for both family and business trips. The size and cleanliness were impressive, making it a comfortable stay for everyone.

The only service that I missed for my work was a faster and more reliable Wi-Fi connection. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory during my stay.

I really enjoyed the decoration of the hotel. It had a charming and cozy ambiance, with beautiful furnishings and a warm color scheme. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and had comfortable seating areas where I could relax and read a book. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with ramps and elevators available to reach different floors. It made getting around much easier for me.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more attentive staff. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there were overwhelmed and not able to provide the level of service I would have liked.

Wifi in bedroom didn't work.

The location is perfect with a nearby supermarket and plenty of places to eat. It is also close to the Angel Guimera metro station and buses that go everywhere. There is even a park with a playground for children within a 10-minute walk. the apartment itself is modern and well-equipped, perfect for self-catering.

Felt immediately at home, no complaints.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, we got a great deal. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was spot on, with plenty of restaurants and stores around, plus a subway entrance just a few minutes away. The staff were friendly and the auto-check-in process was a breeze.

Only thing that could've made the breakfast selection better was if they provided some coffee cartridges for the in-room machine. It was a bit of a bummer having to buy a whole pack when we only needed a few.

I stayed at Bet Apartments for a couple of nights and the experience was great. The apartment was very spacious with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was excellent, with easy access to the metro and within walking distance to the historic quarter. The property was clean and easy to find. Communication with the staff was smooth and they even offered a baby cot for our room. it was a comfortable and affordable stay.
